Leg, ankle or foot injuries are characterised by the experience of pain and discomfort when pressure is applied to your leg joints.
Causes of Leg Pain
The cause of your lower limb joint pain could be a misaligned lower back, pelvic or hip bones. This pain could be caused by tightening muscle joints from every day activity, sport or traumatic injury.
Leg and related joint pains are usually treated with a soft tissue massage around the surrounding muscles to decrease tension/ restriction. The joint is then mobilised and scar tissue is broken down (where applicable). You will be prescribed specific stretches, tailored to your circumstances and ability. Some calf pains, swellings or rashes can be symptoms of a systemic disease. If symptoms persist, please consult your GP for further advice.
